How to rent an e-bike
You can rent directly from the RENTAL CALENDAR here on the site, or by contacting us (see CONTACTS page).
To rent an e-bike you must be of legal age, have a valid ID document, a credit card (NO DEBIT CARD OR ATM CARD).
When picking up the e-bike we will make a copy of the ID document, which we will keep for the entire duration of the contract, and then destroy it.
A pre-authorization will be made on the credit card, of € 300 for each e-bike, as a security deposit. This does not involve any withdrawal of money, only the allocation of the amount on the card limit. Prepaid cards must be preloaded with the full amount.
Minors MUST be accompanied by an adult who takes civil and criminal responsibility for them.
You can rent WITHOUT booking, subject to availability.
